Niagara's Finest Hotels is currently looking for a part time Breakfast Cook to join our growing Charles Hotel team

**What you'll be doing**:

- Prepares food by cutting, chopping and mixing for the preliminary stages of cooking.
- Sets up the cooking stations in conjunction with the different levels of cooking prior to the shift.
- Prepare breakfast menu items.
- Ensures the cooking areas are supplied and clean prior to and after the shift.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years work experience in a kitchen or similar environment.
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake

**Salary**: $18.40-$19.37 per hour

- Weekends as needed
