Marketing Coordinator and Sales Representative

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member for assisting with product marketing and sales, this role is integral to guide product development and the sales launch process.

As a Sales Representative on the front lines you will work independently, with the freedom to create and implement your own territory and sales plan to assist customers find the perfects window and door products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies portfolio wide including, product displaying, marketing initiatives, customers' needs and pricing
- Create and manage the marketing and sales budgets and timelines
- Tracking of new home trends in critical markets to better understand product types and pricing strategies
- Assist in accordance with the project launch timelines, to support projects on the go

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- College degree or equivalent in marketing or sales relations field
- General knowledge of real estate development, home building or construction industry, or design and building science an asset
- Knowledgeable with online media marketing principles and techniques;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An energetic, positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional maturity
- Creative with an ability to communicate ideas effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership of tasks and consistent follow through
- experience within a real estate development and building industry as an asset
- Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction;
- Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year (combination salary and commission)

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
