Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage coordination across our key markets—U.S., Canada, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role works closely with our Marketing Coordinator and Operations team to ensure smooth post-sale processes and efficient logistics handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international sales orders, quotes, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records, order status, and sales documentation.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator on post-sale communication, feedback collection, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to track and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales performance data.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and organizing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Help manage inventory levels and production schedules based on sales demand.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field (experience in pharma or B2B sectors is a plus).
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international business environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Vaughan, ON.
  • Requires some travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites occassionally. Travel will be compensated.

Compensation:

In addition to an annual salary, this role has a yearly performance bonus contingent upon meeting sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
