We specialize in Drink Dine Laugh.

We are looking for competent Box office attendants to sell tickets, take payments, provide information to customers and handle administrative tasks that are necessary for our day to day productivity. Applicant need to be excellent communicators and have strong fiscal management skills along with knowledge of handling some marketing tasks. Attendant needs to be computer literate with an ability to close phone order sales efficiently and effectively.

People who have experience in handling computerized ticketing systems are preferred for this position. As a box office attendant, you will cater to hundreds of customers in one go, so it is imperative to be energetic, positive and happy. Applicants with Group Sales backgrounds are a plus. Some duties that you will perform on a typical day as a box office attendant include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they approach the ticketing counter and inquire how they would like to be serviced.
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and / or reservations.
- Take customers’ information, enter it into the system and ensure that proper information has been punched in.
- Provide customers with any special information regarding their selected show or an upcoming one that may be of interest to them.
- Take payment in exchange of tickets sold and give back any due change.
- Work in a speedy manner to ensure that customer queues are served quickly and wait times are mínimal.
- Delve into any evident discrepancies and ensure that they are resolved before the end of the shift
- Maintain reports of sold tickets and payments received

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding customer service / sales experience.
- Superior written and oral communication skills along with a positive attitude.
- Superior detail orientation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Mail) Apple Computer knowledge preferred.
- Prior experience handling cash and balancing a till.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
