**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are seeking temporary box office staff to join our Immersive Experiences in Edmonton, Alberta. We strive to create an environment unlike any other immersive experience event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed guests’ expectations in customer service. If you have a passion for customer service, have an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams and endeavor to create relationships with the visitors, this is the place for you.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting clients warmly, be knowledgeable about the experience and help create a positive experience for visitors;
- Selling tickets using a ticketing system;
- Support the marketing campaigns and offer discounts, upsales and any other special offer on site;
- Offer basic assistance for check-ins.
- Resolve customer conflicts with guidance from FOH lead; listen actively to any complaints or concerns. Offer solutions or alternatives when appropriate.
- Listen and answer visitor questions with confidence and efficiency;
- Provide assistance to customers with special needs;
- Understand and relate purchasing policies to customers;
- Gather visitors feedback to help improve sales and customer service.
- All other related tasks related to this position.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Have a welcoming and friendly attitude ;
- Understand customer service and hospitality;
- Fast learner, equipped to learn ticketing softwares
- Work fast and efficiently under pressure;
- English is mandatory. French an asset;
- Work well with others;
- Be calm, polite, patient and courteous;
- Available evenings and weekends;
- Available for training May 26th
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and be punctual for all shifts

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- This job may require extended periods of standing, and walking.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-26
