**What are we looking for?**

An **HR and Compensation Business Partner** who will be an HR Business Partner to the head office team and will also contribute to the areas of compensation and benefits. This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys the field of compensation and benefits or is interested in developing their skills in these fields. This role reports directly to the Vice-President, HR and Communications.

**HR Business Partner responsibilities (65%)**:

- Support the head office managers and employees in HR matters; identify, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate to the improvement of HR processes, including the transition to a new HRIS.
- Participate in various projects to improve the employee experience.

**Compensation and Benefits responsibilities (35%)**:

- Coordinate, plan and execute the annual salary review process.
- Actively participate in the review, improvement, implementation and administration of global remuneration policies and programs.
- For Canada, oversee group benefits programs and negotiations with the broker, manages employee support and communications, evaluate trends and formulates recommendations

**What are the requirements?**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, CHRP designation preferred, or related field or equivalent experience
- About 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience as generalist, with a strong interest in compensation and benefits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to navigate in a global context and to influence senior management decisions.
