**Job Description**:
We are now looking for an **HR Business Partner** to provide the full range of support to our North America Region. Supporting a staff population of c.180, this role is part of an international team. We operate a hybrid working model, our philosophy is to make time in the office purposeful no mandate on being in the office specific number of days

We combine well-established HR processes and policies with the challenges, both procedural and cultural, of having been through multiple acquisitions in recent years and now entering a growth phase, with a significant increase in global headcount. This means we have a sound base and great people, but plenty of interesting work to do.

As an HRBP you will contribute directly to the success of the business by supporting and partnering with the senior stakeholders (VPs, Directors, Senior Managers) in the respective business area. You will become an integral part of their management teams, delivering value-added HR activities aligned with company strategy, driving change & improving performance, maximizing colleague engagement, and developing talent. You will confidently be able to respond and adapt quickly under pressure, whilst providing solutions to stakeholders. As a seasoned HR BP you will experience of influencing others, being a solution focused and not shying away from tough conversations.

- Strong operational and strategic experience in delivering organizational change within a growing business to provide a first-class service to the North America stakeholders.
- Well-versed in performance management - socialising performance standards and facilitating calibration discussions.
- Upskilling management capabilities and educating managers regarding best practise around talent hiring and supporting employee development.
- Experience of reward (providing a holistic overview including benchmarking and understanding market conditions).
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, flexing between working at an operational and strategic level.
- Building strong positive relationships at all levels in the Company to support your Regional Business needs.
- Champion the performance and talent management processes in the Region including participation in talent reviews, succession planning. Support management with ensuring active plans are in place to support their development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support the business objectives of your Region to attract, develop and retain talent.
- Support behavioral and cultural change, helping the business to maximise the capability of our people and identify opportunities to increase employee engagement.
- Support and lead global initiatives with stakeholders in the Region such as the Employee Engagement activities and employment branding initiatives.
- Experience of working in a matrix model and undertaking project work when required.
- Partner with our Centres of Expertise and the Business to proactively respond to issues including grievances, training, compensation, development and employee relations
- Knowledge of at least one of the North America markets US or Canada required around employment legislation, market trends,
