We're scaling fast and moving at the speed of light, come join this journey with us **About this opportunity** We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to work on the Hivestack Talent Experience Workplace Innovation Team. **How You'll Make an Impact**: **How will you spend your time?** - Enhancing staff performance and engagement through officevibe ( propose recommendation) - Supporting employee development while promoting our LMS through effective communication - Planning strategic HR initiatives - Support stakeholders with staff relations with specific client groups - Updating Hivestack policies and HR best practices - Collaborating in wellness and health initiatives with the Payroll Manager and help redesign when necessary - Contribute in retaining our talented workforce by creating a fulfilling career path - Help in creating workshops to support management and may be asked to deliver training (performance, harassment and bamboo hr) - Ensuring compliance and regulations are met at all times - Design and implement recruiting strategy while partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs with their dedicated client groups - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes and policies - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board - Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team - Collaborating in the HR orientation and onboarding processes - Provide analytical on turn over and other KPI - Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" **What tools are we working with?** - Bamboo HR as our HRIS including performance management - Greenhouse as our ATS - Any experience with project management would be an asset - Linkedin recruiter - Percipio as LMS We are always looking to up our game so if you have tools to propose, we can definitely look into it. **What do you need to perform in this job**: - BS/MS in Human Resources Management or any related discipline - An HR Designation is a nice to have - A min of 5 years of professional experience is required to perform in this position - Proven work experience as a HR Generalist - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Have good understanding of business functions - Hands-on experience with HR Databases, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French is mandatory **What We'll Bring to the Table** - An opportunity to grow with a dynamic global company with personal and professional growth - Work with a small collaborative team where you can directly impact both product and culture - Benefits, healthcare, wellness allowance and work from home office perks Interested in learning more about Hivestack?
