HR Business Partner, Canada Market

- We are searching for an HR Business Partner to help us grow and develop high performing, empowered teams- HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE-
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy-
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues-
- Manage the recruitment and selection process-
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization-
- Nurture a positive working environment-
- Oversee and manage a performance review system that drive and recognize high performance-
- Maintain payroll, compensation plan and benefits programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS-
- Proven working experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or similar role-
- People oriented and results driven-
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Workday, ADP-
- Ability to architect strategy while demonstrating strong leadership skills-
- Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues-
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills-
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company-
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian Labor Law and risk avoidance-
- Experience with pay equity-
- Experience with immigration processesWHAT YOU NEED TO WIN-
- 5+ years relevant experience-
- Strong problem-solving skills-
- Ability to influence through strong relationships, data, and wise, unbiased counsel-
- Comfortable being a hands-on team player as well as a thought partner to our managers-
- Passion for designing and delivering creative solutions to everyday problems-
- Ability to handle change and ambiguity well- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS_- A strong passion for an active lifestyle- _
