We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative near Dixie and 401 in Mississauga

**Responsibilities**:

- Product research and identification for parts inquiries
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Monitors customer orders while working with purchasing department to ensure meeting customer requirements are met.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism (French and English are a MUST)
- Experience working in a customer service/client-facing role
- Excellent written communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to complete tasks under pressure with a high degree of accuracy

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 2A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
