As part of our team, you’re the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps things running like clockwork. Whether it's a leaky faucet, a flickering light, or a guest request that needs urgent attention—you’re on it. You’ll handle daily maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, making sure our spaces, systems, and standards stay in top shape. Guest comfort is your priority, and problem-solving is your superpower.

**What You'll Do**
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to avoid disruptions
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues promptly and efficiently
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent needs
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to coordinate repairs and minimize guest impact

**Who We're Looking For**
- Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of post-secondary education, certification and/or license in a related field, preferably
- Minimum of 1 year Maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Handyman skills and experience using of power tools
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends, holidays as required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team environment
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment with co-workers, managers, and guests
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, such as heavy lifting, working on ladders, bending, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
