MAINTENANCE

BASIC FUNCTION:
The main duties involve responding to maintenance requests, performing general regular maintenance duties, and attending to virtually all parts of the building in question, including the flooring, ceiling, walls, and systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance works to avoid possible failures and malfunctions.
- Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze repairs requests and troubleshoot them.
- Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed.
- Handle emergency maintenance and repair works.
- Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.
- Operate maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.
- Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean and good working conditions.
- Provide assistance to co-workers when needed.
- Attend job training and safety programs organized by maintenance/security department.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Perform maintenance tasks based on pictures, blueprints, written descriptions and oral instructions from Supervisors.
- Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
- Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Other duties as may be assigned by Maintenance Manager, Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and components, including pumps, valves, and water heaters is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members and guests.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Physical demands: Must be able to lift-up to 50 lbs, Bending, Walking & Squat

Pay: $18.75 per hour
