Responsibilities:

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Assist with maintenance on the grounds of the facility.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with completion of work orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Assist in supervising contractors and vendors during maintenance projects

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs
- Up to date vaccines including COVID vaccine.
