Tranq Sleep Care is hiring a **Mandarin and English-speaking Medical Office Assistant** to support our sleep physicians and operations team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and any immediate needs.
- Manage phone calls to book sleep consultations or studies, answer patient questions, and coordinate with vendors.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system.
- Confirm referral details, insurance information, and complete necessary documentation.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing clinic supplies.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and comfortable for patients.
- Work collaboratively with sleep physicians, technologists, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address concerns promptly.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Mandarin and English language fluency (spoken and written) is required
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant, clinic receptionist, or in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (experience with sleep medicine is an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing compassionate patient support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical office administration is an advantage.
- Can work full time (M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
