**Property Services Manager Job Description**:The Property Services Managers manages the daily service operations, and customer/tenant communications; provides training, guidance, resources, and tools to ensure the services team can achieve fast and efficient outcomes on all the services provided. The Property Services Manager ensures all services are performed with efficiency and quality. Must be a good communicator and be able to address concerns and problems brought up from residents and clients with a problem-solving mentality. Must be well organized and efficiently manage time and tasks. The Property Services Manager must have a keen eye for details and be able to implement and follow processes and procedures. Having a car is required.

Employment requirements:

- Having a car and a valid driver’s licence
- Completion of secondary school
- Previous experience in managerial position or property management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English is written and oral skills
- Able to take on multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Able to deliver and work with time sensitive activities
- Be punctual and dependable
- Completion of a college diploma in Customer Services, Administration, or related fields is an asset

Condition of work:

- Ability to work 5 days a week from Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30AM-5:30PM
- Ability to change work schedule base on company’s needs and client’s turnover.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly

Salary and benefits:

- Annual Salary: $46,800 + bonus
- Car allowance: $250 monthly
- Additional remuneration for Emergency Line call-in schedule (on rotational basis)
