**About the Role**:
As a Home Comfort Advisor at NestZero, you’ll be the face of our mission—helping families transition to energy-efficient home upgrades. We provide you with high-converting, pre-booked appointments so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals.

**This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with earning potential up to 10% per deal, paid directly to you.**

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2+ years in direct sales (HVAC, home improvement, or solar preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Travel: This role involves travel—must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
