**About the Role**:
JP Home Comfort is expanding fast, and we’re looking for driven, honest, and results-focused **HVAC Sales Advisors** to join our team. This is a high-income opportunity for strong closers who want to build a long-term career in a company with real growth potential.

This position is ideal for someone confident with in-home sales, understands high-ticket closing, and can follow a proven sales structure with discipline and integrity. **HVAC sales experience is an asset and will be heavily prioritized.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Attend pre-qualified in-home appointments (no cold calling)
- Conduct professional home comfort assessments
- Present HVAC solutions clearly and confidently
- Follow the company’s sales structure and process step-by-step
- Maintain honesty, punctuality, and professionalism at all times
- Track deals, notes, and tasks in the CRM
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and training
- Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish

**What We Offer**:

**Requirements**:

- HVAC sales experience is **a major asset** and **highly prioritized**:

- Experience closing high-ticket products or in-home services is an advantage
- Strong communication and confidence in customer-facing roles
- Reliable transportation and a valid driving license
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Must be honest, coachable, and able to follow the company’s sales structure
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
