We’re looking for a **skilled and specialized HVAC** **Sales Representative** with a proven background in selling a full range of residential HVAC products and services. If you’re a driven closer with industry experience and a passion for helping homeowners upgrade to energy-efficient solutions — we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Selling**:

- Heat pumps (air source & hybrid)
- Air conditioners
- Furnaces
- Tankless water heaters
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Whole-home water filtration systems
- HVAC maintenance plans
- Smart Battery Storage System
- Panel Upgrades
- Service Upgrades

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of **HVAC sales experience**:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and energy-efficient solutions
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide customized recommendations
- Confident communicator with strong sales and closing skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage your own time and leads
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling across **GTA + up to 150km radius**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting and negotiating contracts.
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote HVAC products and services effectively.
- Leverage Spanish language skills to communicate with a diverse client base.
- Maintain a valid driving license for travel to client locations.
