As a **Construction Technician Lead Hand**, you will play a vital role in overseeing and guiding a team of technicians, while also being actively involved in deficiency services and repairs on construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

You will work **closely with the Field Supervisor** to coordinate tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality control across the team. Your strong leadership and technical knowledge will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and the successful completion of all assigned projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of construction technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the job site.
- Perform deficiency services and repairs, ensuring quality and timely resolution of construction issues or defects.
- Collaborate with the **Field Supervisor** to coordinate tasks and manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance and training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of daily activities and ensure tasks are completed within project deadlines.
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot issues related to construction work, ensuring any deficiencies are corrected efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, management, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the team to perform their tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction or related technical fields.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including deficiency services and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
