**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Install various paving stone and retaining wall systems
- Build decks, pergolas and fences
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide team members in their tasks.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control practices and construction estimating techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership abilities with a commitment to team development and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Valid drivers licence
- First aid and other tickets are an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Landscape Construction/Hardscape: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
