**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support in-store.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the store’s atmosphere, displays, and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with customers and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Understand store promotions, marketing activities, and sales strategies.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in promotional events and brand activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience with a strong drive to succeed.
- Native-level English speaking skills, fluency in reading and writing.
- Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory); French is a plus.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to grow with the team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and legal work authorization in Canada.
