You will the guide the clients to do mix-and-match designs and giving them advice for selecting products. You will also be involved in most other aspects of running a furniture store like the knowledge of cashier machines and familiarity with all kind of Microsoft Office. **Requirements**: - At least 1 year sales experience in retail stores, furniture and lighting stores is preferred - Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs - Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Clear logic and meticulous work - Familiar with the operation and promotion capabilities of diverse social media platforms. Network marketing experience is required - Interior design background and/or proven experience as a Design Consultant (Asset) - Love design and have an interest in trends and style **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (preferred) **Salary**:Negotiable (Bonus pay/Commission pay) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Day range: - Weekends as needed Shift: - Day shift **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
