We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate who is customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers bring their dream homes to life with the perfect pieces from our collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized support throughout their shopping experience
- Guide customers in selecting furniture and accessories that match their style, budget, and space needs
- Assist with placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries
- Ensure order accuracy and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Clearly explain store policies on warranties, returns, and exchanges
- Perform other related duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail (furniture or home décor experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking and team collaboration abilities
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency of Mandarin is a strong asset
