We provide a huge selection of high-quality and top-hit products from Asia including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories and lifestyle. With our rapid growth, we have 8 stores in Toronto to-date and more to come
- **We are looking for Full-time / Part-time Sales Associate to join our team for the Markham location.**_

**What you’ll do**

As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and provide an amazing shopping experience with friendly and professional manner
- Determine customer’s need and assist them in finding suitable products
- Be knowledgeable of current sales and promotions within the stores
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Cantonese preferred
