- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.-
- Receive, sort and deliver deliveries daily.-
- Follow all security protocols by issuing and collecting visitor badges.-
- Interface with cleaning crew regarding building maintenance.-
- Coordinate office moves.-
- Maintain and update meeting room schedules and calendars.-
- Plan travel and input expenses for assigned executives.-
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as requested.-
- Order office supplies and business cards.-
- Maintain the Company Directory.-
- Maintain employee recognition information and assist with presentation of awards.-
- Perform clerical duties and projects as assigned.-
- Human Resources projects as assigned.-
- Keep Reception area tidy.-
- Model a “can-do” approach.- Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.-
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.-
- Ability to adapt to new technology.-
- Professional and positive attitude with a focus on customer service.-
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.-
- Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.- Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma.-
- Demonstrated attention to detail.-
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.-
