Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage the main company inbox.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Liaise with building management, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
- Support company events, travel arrangements, and ad hoc office projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
