We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage the main company inbox.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
  • Support company events, travel arrangements, and ad hoc office projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
