**Marketing Manager**

**Primary Focus**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, brand and execute new product launch campaigns including communications and sales tools
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to build and protect the Roadtrek Brand
- Maintain the Roadtrek website (WordPress), prepare and upload content, update digital platforms and other general duties
- Main contact for all media relations
- Plan, book and coordinate the advertising schedule/calendar, including the creation of advertising campaigns for both print and digital
- Work with sales, service and customer care employees to review and respond to social media feedback to promote a positive customer experience
- Converse and coordinate with external suppliers and other marketing contacts, including print agencies, advertising media personnel, event planners, internal staff, and local businesses as directed
- Support sales initiatives with the development of promotional materials and sales tools
- Market analysis on existing or potential customers, competitors, or market segments for use in the development of targeted marketing strategies
- Coordinate and attend tradeshows and events by booking venues, coordinating set up, staffing, and ensuring correct promotional materials are on site etc.
- Organize and implement all product photography and video production needs, collaborating with outside vendors where required.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Travel within North America may be required. Valid passport and Driver’s License required
- Other duties or projects as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, and working to targets
- Strategic thinker to successfully develop and execute product launch plans
- Advanced computer and technical skills (MS Office, PP, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient at leveraging popular and online culture
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Financial responsibility toward budget planning and optimization
- Strong business acumen with a passion for learning and growth

**Education/Experience**:

- Business Marketing Diploma or equivalent required
- Project Management experience including successful product launches
- 5 + years’ progressive relevant experience within a marketing position
- Strong understanding of digital marketing. Technologies, graphic design
- Video production experience considered an asset
- Experience working with WordPress based websites
- Experience with Google Analytics and other market data collection tools
