**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
- Analyze demand planning data to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- Use Database for data extraction and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and manage MRP processes effectively.
- Communicate with suppliers (including freight and distribution vendors) to negotiate terms, place orders, and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and report findings to management.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and MRP processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of demand planning methodologies and best practices in procurement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high performance teams and facilitate change

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
