Rock Solid Supply is looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Warehouse Team Lead**. We believe in putting the right person in the right seat As a Warehouse Team Lead of Rock Solid Supply, you are responsible for the leadership, and day to day functions of the Warehouse and Driver Team Members.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:

- Oversee Delivery Drivers, and Warehouse Team Members including performance management, staffing, and scheduling.
- Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipment, incoming and outgoing
- Monitoring and supervising inventory control and cycle counting
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure that driver logbooks are up to date, and delivery schedules are being met
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team on product deliveries and inventory management.
- Performing other general administrative/warehouse duties and tasks as assigned

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Minimum two years warehouse experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Trained and certified forklift, with proven safe track record
- Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forward-thinking, self-discipline and highly organized with ability to take initiative
- Proven experience in inventory management
- Work effectively as a team player and the ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of overall warehouse process.
- Understanding and commitment to Lean and 5S practices an asset
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems an asset
- JHSC experience/knowledge an asset
