Rock Solid Supply is looking for a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a **Supply Chain Analyst**. In this role, you will support the team to ensure the availability of production inputs and finished products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while optimizing key supply chain metrics. You will work closely with other departments to gather and provide various metrics and reports to ensure accurate and effective demand planning. The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Director of Operations & Supply Chain.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:
- Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate supply chain performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilizing supply chain management software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to collect, analyze, and manage supply chain data.
- Providing full visibility of supply chain business performance indicators and building new capability through the design and creation of standardized/ad-hoc reporting.
- Assessing supply chain risks and vulnerabilities and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining data integrity as it relates to inventory within our SYSPRO ERP system (including supporting regular cycle counts).
- Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing stock levels to balance supply and demand.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to interpret demand forecasts, production capacity, and customer contracts, in order to determine supply planning requirements relating to raw material, consumables, and finished goods.
- Utilizing forecasting models and software tools to predict future demand and inventory requirements.
- Analyzing transportation routes, modes, and carriers to optimize transportation costs and delivery times.
- Monitoring geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors that may impact supply chain operations.
- Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the supply chain and recommending process improvements.
- Implementing lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Participating in supply chain improvement projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Supporting the implementation and integration of new supply chain technologies and tools.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Post secondary education in business, finance, supply chain management, or logistics is preferable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using advanced ERP processes and Supply Chain Management software. Familiarity with SYSPRO and Blueridge is an asset.
- Previous experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supply chain analysis, replenishment, inventory management, or demand planning.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset.
