Safeline Management is a part of the Safeline Group of Companies.

Safeline Management is one of the top health and safety management companies in the GTA. We provide professional, and OHSA approved Health and Safety services to companies all over the GTA. With humble beginnings in 2008, we have since tripled in size.

**Position Description**

The Recruiter/HR Administrator will be handling all company related Human Resources matters for Safeline Group of Companies. They will maintain strong and effective communication with employees working all levels of Safeline group and work closely with senior management on Company prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Recruiting of staff for all levels for Safeline Group of Companies
- Onboarding of new employees
- Employee performance reviews
- Recruitment of company staff/interviewing
- Preparation of employee contracts
- Handling company benefits and enrollment of new employees
- Handling company RRSP contributions
- Handling time off requests
- Uphold confidentiality on all company related items and employee files
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- Assist with any special projects as required

**Skills**
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptive in response to changing needs
- Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Detail oriented, producing high quality results
- Ability to recall information and to maintain confidentiality
- Critical thinker

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience
- CHRP designation an asset
- Proven track record of employee recruitment and hiring
- Exercises a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Valid Class G Driver’s License an asset
- Reliable vehicle an asset
