- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment;
- Prepare and update offer, employment agreement for new and existing employees
- Prepare welcome kit for on-boarding and paperwork
- Maintain employees’ information and record;
- Conduct employee performance evaluation and define KPI with each team;
- Prepare reports on general HR activity;
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Keep records of employee attendance
- Communicate and answers HR-related questions from employees
- Organize trainings and activities that focuses on improve employee’s experience
