**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at HR Guard Security. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving business growth. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing our service offerings.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities and manage sales pipelines.
- Analyze market trends to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
