As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team to support the day-to-day operations of the department. Your duties will include:

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conducting research and data collection for HR projects and initiatives
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Assisting with program management tasks, such as coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assisting with budgeting and financial analysis for HR programs
- Assisting with change management initiatives and supporting communication efforts
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a non-compensated position, focused on providing valuable learning and experience within Satguru.
