**岗位职责**

1. 负责商圈区域内餐饮外卖商户的洽谈工作，达成合作关系；

2. 负责与商圈区域内餐饮外卖商户建立并维护健康稳定的合作关系；

3. 通过洽谈和日常维护，获得优惠的合作条件，并且进行用户分析，挖掘用户需求，设计符合商户的门店运营方案，促进商户交易额的提升；

4. 结合市场现状，通过数据分析制定对应的策略方向，不断提升与合作商户的合作价值，实现商户与平台的共赢。

**岗位要求**

1、有市场营销、快消品、房地产，餐饮等行业销售经验者优先，也欢迎敢于挑战自己的应届毕业生加入；

2、了解餐饮行业，善于挖掘客户需求，

3、具备较强的市场分析、营销、策划、推广能力，谈判能力，沟通协调能力，问题分析解决能力；

4、具备强烈的责任感，有较强的事业心、执行力和如饥似渴的学习欲望，渴望突破自我；

5、具备从互联网角度分析问题的能力，并乐于向团队成员分享优秀的工作经验和心得。

Job Summary:
**Job Title: Market Development Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for negotiating with food delivery merchants within the business district area and establishing a cooperative relationship.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a healthy and stable cooperative relationship with food delivery merchants in the business district area.

Through negotiation and daily maintenance, obtain preferential cooperation conditions, conduct user analysis, explore user needs, design store operation plans that meet the needs of merchants, and promote the increase of merchant transaction volume.

Combined with the current market situation, formulate corresponding strategic directions through data analysis, continuously improve the cooperation value with partner merchants, and achieve win-win cooperation between merchants and the platform.

**Requirements**:
Familiar with the catering industry, good at exploring customer needs.

Strong marketing analysis, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, problem-solving abilities.

Strong sense of responsibility, strong career, execution, and a strong desire to learn and improve.

Ability to analyze problems from an internet perspective, and willing to share excellent work experience and insights with team members.
