**Role Summary**

The Production Coordinator will oversee and streamline the order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of tasks such as order picking, packing, and inventory management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of products. The Production Coordinator will also focus on optimizing processes and resolving issues to enhance operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records for all artworks, merchandise, and supplies.
- Monitor and track orders from shipment to delivery, proactively addressing any shipping issues or delays.
- Ensure all orders are packed and shipped correctly to minimize errors and damages.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Address and resolve discrepancies or issues during the fulfillment process, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all fulfillment activities.
- Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to schedule and manage shipments effectively.
- Provide regular reports on fulfillment performance, inventory status, and process improvements.

**Qualification**
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or production coordination.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with order management systems (OMS) and shipping carrier integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
