**The Role**:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supporting production activities and leaders in delivering an exceptionally finished home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain parts database and do related purchasing
- Enter data accurately and in accordance with project timelines
- Act as a liaison between the project manager and project stakeholders in a professional manner
- Actively participate in the JHSC meetings, support health and safety standards on site and maintain employee certifications
- Coordinate meetings and prepare site reports
- Provide administrative support to the Project Managers
- Perform daily quality checks on production homes as directed
- Coordinate documents and requirements and storage locations: drawings, specs, scopes,
- Prepare houses for various municipal inspections including an occupancy permit
- Execute Frame Checklists, 1st Handy, 2nd Handy, Builder Punchout Checklists, Move-In Ready, Pre-Delivery Inspection’s
- Coordinate the OLS schedule, logic, and schedule management
- Coordinate and clean up deficiency lists (including Frame Checks, 1st Handy, Builder Punch-out, Move-in Ready, PDI, and City Inspection)
- Engage trades and gain exposure to trade relations and trade management
- Perform any other duties as required

**You will bring**:

- Post-Secondary education in Construction, Project Management or related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience, with previous experience in low rise residential construction, project management, home building is required
- Knowledge and understanding of Ontario Building Code
- Demonstrate an exceptional computer background including experience with MS Word and Excel and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and use judgement to make decisions as appropriate.
- Experience with Newstar or other Enterprise Accounting System.
- Exceptional organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple
- tasks seamlessly with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form
- Ability to identify problems/issues and generates solutions and makes sound decisions using standard procedures
