**Who We Are**:

Our services span all demographics, from pediatric to geriatric, addressing a range of impairments and disabilities. **This particular job posting is for supporting the development of our paedatric OT's in the private and OAP sector.**

**About The Role**:

- **4 Clinic Locations**: Treatment & Sensory Rooms, ++ gym in at some locations. This role is for supporting primarily in-person supervision of the Niagara locations, with monthly in-person oversight of the Kitchener and Oakville location.
- This management role supports one-on-one clinical training and discussions with a group of OTs servicing our clinics. There is also oversight of our URS and OAP service sectors.
- Our therapists support a full spectrum of pediatric OT needs, including ASD, Learning Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities, or support children who need some guidance with basic needs like handwriting, learning strategies, etc.
- You will be responsible for treating clients in the Niagara clinic sites (St. Catharines and Grimsby) at a 40-50% capacity. The other 50-60% of the week will be supporting clinical development/mentorship of therapists (8-10 therapists)

Must Haves:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist with individuals with developmental disabilities and or ASD.
- A license in good standing with COTO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
