The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. This role is essential in supporting the financial health of the company and ensuring strong vendor relationships.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and process digital and electronic payments
- Match purchase orders to invoices and ensure proper documentation
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
- Support other accounting duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience (automotive dealership experience is a strong asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software (CDK Drive, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
