**Logistics and Inventory Supervisor**
**Job Summary**
MULLEN OILFIELD SERVIES LP, specializes in tubular inventory and safely hauling tubulars and oilfield throughout Alberta and Northern British Columbia. We are currently accepting resumes for the position of **LOGISTICS AND INVENTORY SUPERVISOR for our EDMONTON branch.** This position is responsible for maintaining accurate customer tubular inventory and dispatching trucks and operators in a timely, organized manner.
The Logistics Coordinator must maintain strong positive communication with clients and employees. This is a full-time salary position that will be commensurate with experience.
- **Location**:_Grande Prairie, Alberta
- **Job Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain customer tubular inventory in company inventory software system
- Be the primary point of contact for all internal and 3rd party truck drivers for planning and dispatching loads.
- On call dispatch schedule
- Maintaining an organized daily dispatch journal containing job field ticket information
- Ensure drivers and 3rd party trucking providers maintain accurate log books, pre and post trip inspections, bills of landing and all required paperwork for transportation requirements.
- Assists the HSE department to complete monthly inspections and audits
- Customer focused approach with an emphasis on maintaining client and employee relationships
- Act as liaison between the drivers and shop personnel for required repairs of equipment.
- Completion of operational and data entry tasks as necessary
- **Qualifications**:_
- Experience with tubular product and oilfield trucking an asset
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of local roads and highways, dangerous goods routes and road bans
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding organization and multitask ability
- Ability to supervise and manage crews with strong communication skills and professionally at all times.
- Ability to function well under stressful conditions
- Class 1 license not necessary but an asset

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
