Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with an opportunity for partial remote work. As a Logistics Representative, you will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate shipment scheduling, and manage communication with carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, supporting supply chain and procurement activities, solving transportation issues, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
- Experience in Inventory Management and keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate and organized records
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement practices in logistics operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic logistics challenges
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for logistics and inventory management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not mandatory
