**Developmental Service Worker**
Our clients are seeking healthcare professionals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those who have experienced trauma, faced complex medical diagnoses, or require support in their personal development. If this describes you, we invite you to join our team.
Our clients are remarkable individuals seeking care from professionals with a wide range of expertise. They rely on compassionate and dependable individuals like you to assist them with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Ensuring client safety while participating in community and home based activities.
- Behavioural Support and redirection
- Other care tasks include: organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Valid First Aid and Standard CPR C
- Smartphone with a data plan
- A Clear Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
**Assets**:
- Experience working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
- University and/or College education in a related field
- Drivers License G class with access to a vehicle
- Non-Violent crisis intervention
**Hours**:
Flexible scheduling options based on client availability
**Rate of Pay**:
Starting at $25-28/hour
