Job Title: Dental Administrator - Huntsville & Gravenhurst.

We are looking for a friendly and experienced **Dental Administrator** to join our team and support our practices in **Huntsville (2 days per week)** and **Gravenhurst (2-3 days per week)**.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for long-term stability within a supportive dental team.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
- Process insurance claims and patient billing
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
- Support overall office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For
- **Previous dental receptionist/administrator experience required**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude

Compensation & Benefits
- **Hourly Rate**: Up to $35 (based on experience)

Schedule
- **Huntsville**: 2 days per week
- **Gravenhurst**: 2-3 days per week
- Some flexibility may be required to meet patient and office needs

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
