TREND IS A UPSCALE CONSIGNMENT SHOP We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize effective merchandising techniques to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all products are properly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy retail hours.
