We’re seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative for a rewarding career opportunity You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. We are looking for part-time team members for our office in Barrie, Ontario. The part-time position hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday from 3PM - 8 PM and a rotational schedule for weekends from 9AM - 5PM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner, following the company scripts provided
- Booking sales appointments and service appointments for both commercial and residential customers, ensuring all information is accurate
- Maintaining customer profiles, ensuring they are accurate
- Greet customers coming into the showroom
- Participate in administrative tasks

**Skills**:

- Demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor and ability to book appointments and obtain information accurately
- Proficient with computers
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Demonstrate a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Understanding of Ontario's geographical areas
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D or equivalent

**Compensation**:
$520 per week based on hours
