**_How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:_**
- _
Ensure consistent _**_hunting_**_/ _**_prospecting_**_ to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota. _
- **_Account management_**_ with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth _
- _Develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers' needs._
- _ Researching and analyzing your territory’s sales potential, and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization_
- _ Visits customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors_
- _ Attending regular meetings with the Manager to review sales performance of assigned accounts. Participate in monthly sales meetings and stays current with the industry and market trends _

- _ University degree required_
- _ Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience (B2B)_
- _ Experience selling to the C-Suite_
- _ Outstanding presentation skills, communication and rapport building capabilities_
- _ Strong experience surrounding contracts/negotiation_
- _ Highly self-motivated; Attention to detail_
