The team at Riverside Dental, Drumheller is looking for a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis

The ideal person will be working closely with insurance companies by managing and maintaining patient accounts, post, verifies and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, create invoices according to company practices and covering the front desk at times when we are short staffed.

- **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:_
- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator
- Experience with Patient accounts receivable, insurance accounts receivable is mandatory
- Experience working with Clear Dent software is an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities
