**What you'll be doing**:

- Prepare, submit, and process warranty and related claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures, as well as Company guidelines.
- Opening, reviewing, and closing of repair orders as necessary to facilitate claiming processes.
- Reconciliation of warranty payments.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and/or technicians as necessary for warranty clarification or related inquiries.
- Consistently monitor claim statuses for processing, discrepancies, errors, or monetary imbalances.
- Remain up to date and knowledgeable of manufacturer recalls, campaigns, and bulletins.
- Administration of completed paperwork and documentation (Self-audit, filing, etc)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar or related Service Department function.
- A basic minimum of automotive knowledge with a functional understanding of a vehicles' operations.
- Working knowledge of CDK is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Google suites).
- Demonstratable ability to handle inquiries positively, respectfully, and in a fashion representing company standards and expectations.
- Extremely high level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is very self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
