**About the Role**
We are hiring a Construction Administrator to support our project teams with coordination and administrative tasks. This role helps keep projects organized, documents updated, and schedules on track.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain project documents, schedules, work orders, and tracking sheets
- Organize and update permits, drawings, quotes, change orders, and correspondence
- Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Follow up on materials, deliveries, and required documentation
- Handle document control, data entry, and updating logs
- Prepare client updates, meeting notes, purchase requests, and project files
- Assist with project closeout tasks such as manuals, warranties, and final documentation
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Estimators

**Qualifications**
- Experience in construction administration, project support, or office administration (construction or electrical experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project or construction software experience is an asset
