Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and person-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support. This position requires proficiency in office procedures, front desk operations, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
- Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Type, file, and organize documents as needed
- Coordinate referrals to other providers as needed
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as required
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, and record keeping
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming, organized, and presentable at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist is desired
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Grade 12 diploma. Six months recent experience in general office work or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
